Jeff Smith Auto - Kia Sorento 2017 Review

This is the biggest scam business in the United States. The lies lies and more lies the one good thing is my uncle works for the Fed's and we had a long discussion so needless to say Jeff Smith will stop hiring these crooks to make his money that's not a gurantee but a PROMISE.

Hey I read your complaint and I'm right there with you it is some of the biggest trailer trash liars in I know the southeast and especially the short big lipped guy who brags about his vette at a kia dealership I mean wow did he really graduate. They screwed me and my wife and we are now paying for it and I honestly think that there is a special place in *** for people that will lie to consumers such as this and all I can say Jeff Smith money is only paper but in *** you burn for eternity.

Hey man I know what you mean I say we all get a petition going and get this p.o.s shut down for good. Jeff wasn't like this when he was starting out but now since he pretty much has a monopoly going on in central Georgia he has changed for the worse I will send you my phone number and to me yesterday was to late.

Awful Customer service! 3 months and no Title given!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought a car from them last November when my newer Kia broke down while traveling, here it is now February and no Title! Neither the finance company, the DMV or myself can get them to send it! I have a long list of calls and promises made to send it but it never gets sent. They give me excuses and runaround. The lady in charge says she will do it but then weeks go by and nothing! She could send a temp but couldn't manage to include the title. she then claims she couldn't send it because she was on vacation now medical issues. Steer clear if you want to avoid the hassle and headaches!

Jeff Smith Auto Car Warranty Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I boughy my rio off the lit brand new in may 2014. I have had multiple things needing to be fixed but when i go in, for sone reson it is never "on the warranty". Went in today, after months complaining of a battery issue. Tbe battery was always "fine" according to them. Now the warranty is expired, and "it needs to be replaced right away". Its expensive, overpriced, and i will.not buy another.

Flies are the issue

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was having my Sorento serviced at Jeff Smith. Every time I have been there for the service a simple service of tire rotation and oil change takes about 2 hours. I think this time could be shortened. The time spent there was not the issue. The waiting area is comfortable enough but the issue is you share it with about 100 flies. While I was there we killed about 40 and others were using their shoes to kill the pest. There is no door system to keep them out and even the cashier was issued a fly swatter. I think something needs to be done to cut down on the flies like many establishments use the fans above the door or some other means to kill the pest. The floor was swept up by the service rep from the outside. No attempt from anyone inside that were not very busy at all.

Jeff Smith Auto - Car Trade In Review from Catonsville, Maryland

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Too many times sitting in the service department about trade in my car or purchasing a new car. Finally I let this young guy talk me into looking and considering a trade. After being stalked at home neighborhoods by employee friends and family members. They are predators. The appraisal system at the dealership is not the financing application. Tellingthe salesman my information more than one time wwhile some guy and female watch and another *** in your car and go through your car trying to evaluate a window damage that was done off of their property and fixed by a glass company. Jeff smith kia has fraud sexual assault rasism and nosey employees. I have been a customer since last year and a victim. These people causes you to be forced in financial unaffordable changes and they steal your home address to harrasse. Can I charge 3 of the nosey employees for the window damage repair that I paid or what about criminal charges even though theirs more employees with the SMEcriminal profile. Recently)) they change eemployees too much and you do not know who these folks are handing keys to the office folks. They have extremely nice cars very good driving durability trust their work.

Warranty Not Honored

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased a used 2009 Kia and was assured by the salesman that all fluids had been changed, tires rotated, etc. I was assured the car's purchase included the remainder of the 100,000 mile warranty and considered that extra protection for me and my family. We had to return the car to the dealership after a month or so because the transmission wasn't changing correctly. It was then discovered the car's transmission had not been serviced. I was assured the warranty would take care of any further transmission problems up until the 100,000 mile mark. Check engine lights started coming on and 3 trips were made to the Kia Service Department before I was told the transmission needed to be replaced. I was then told my warranty was nil and void with several thousand miles left on the warranty. Seems they wanted me to pay for the new transmission in full. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a vehicle from any of the Jeff Smith dealerships! They are crooks!!
